I've had the pleasure of working with Michael since April 2022 when I joined Kinsta and have seen him transition from a capable Software Engineer to a capable, respected Senior Software Developer whom the Development leadership team could rely on.

Michael has proved himself to be a highly skilled and proficient Senior Javascript Developer, taking the technical lead role in our Cloudflare implementation, a crucial Kinsta project. Michael is highly professional, a good communicator and a good team player. He delivers work to a very high standard, on time and can be relied upon and trusted to work to an excellent standard with no supervision.

Michael had technical leadership for the Cloudflare project whilst also taking on the Product Owner role for the Static Site Hosting Project too. Michael shouldered the Product Owner role so successfully that our Director of product wanted to hire him for his team! Michael had in-depth technical knowledge of both the Cloudflare work and the Static Site Hosting project, using this to ensure his team's deadlines were met comfortably.

Michael is well respected by both his team mates and his Kinsta colleagues across the organisation. He gained the trust and respect of his colleagues and could always be relied upon to go the extra distance to make sure his projects were a success. Michael would proactively identify issues and suggest solutions to keep the team aligned on any customer commitment.

Michael is a consummate professional. He is easy to work with, he communicates clearly about his ideas, expectations, and what he has done. He provides candid and thoughtful feedback. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Michael again in the future.
